![]() Fuel Charger Power Cells increase flywheel torque by 12-16 HP. One diesel truck can save $2,500 to $4,500 a year in fuel costs. Power Cells force each drop of diesel fuel to break into thousands of much smaller Microdrops just before combustion. Microdrops burn cleaner and release more explosive energy per ignition stroke, increasing flywheel torque by 12-16 horsepower. You can pull the same load on the same road at the same speed
Most fleets average 5.5% better MPG. (+3.5% is the minimum for a single truck. +16.4% is the all-time max.). At today's fuel prices, you can save $2,500 to $4,500 per truck per year. That's an excellent return on your $159 investment. Do you collect fuel surcharges from your customers? Now you can keep most of that extra cash. Or lower your rates. Either option is good for business. Fleet managers should Test Six Power Cells on Six Trucks for 90 days or 150,000 miles. Free. Install Power Cells on six average trucks. Run each for about 25,000 miles. You should save about $5,000 in fuel. Then compare baseline MPG to Power Cell MPG. Project the percentage improvement in MPG to your entire fleet. Fuel Charger Power Cells use simple physics plus precise engineering to coax more clean energy from every drop of diesel fuel you buy. Power Cells have no moving parts. They never break down or wear out. Magic? No. Just a little rocket science.
Microdrops burn faster, cleaner, and hotter than big drops. There's more total surface area in contact with oxygen in the air, so more fuel actually burns. More energy. Less soot. NASA recommended two ways to make drops smaller: Increase pressure on the fuel as it sprays into the combustion chamber, or add a tiny electrical charge to the fuel. The first option requires re-engineering all the injection pumps and nozzles. The second option is simpler to execute: |

All electrons all carry a negative (-) charge. All electrons repel each other vigorously. Add just enough electrons to a single drop of diesel fuel and they'll break it into Microdrops. Fuel Charger Power Cells use solid state electrostatics to accomplish that task.
Every Power Cell contains precisely cut coils of stainless steel, nickel, copper, and strontium. As the fuel flows through the Power Cell, it triggers a steady flow of electrons between the coils. A few million electrons per second are carried away to and through the injection nozzle, equivalent to a .036 to .055 volt charge. Hence the name: Fuel Charger. As fuel sprays and swirls into the pre-combustion chamber, the electrons break each drop into 8 ´ 8 ´ 8 ´ 8... Microdrops (the technical term is octolids). This happens in about five nanoseconds, a tiny fraction of the normal ignition lag time. Those Microdrops are all negatively charged, repel each other, resist clumping, and mix better with air. The total surface area of 4,000 or so Microdrops is 16 times the surface area of the original drop. So there are about 16 times more fuel molecules in direct contact with oxygen. When the charged fuel hits the 800º compressed air in the cylinder, Microdrops burn cleaner, faster, and hotter than normal drops. You get 40% to 60% less soot (partially burned fuel) and enough extra explosive energy to generate 12-15 more flywheel torque horsepower. Simple physics. Precise engineering. No moving parts. Spinners, magnetizers, heaters, coolers, and other aftermarket devices usually try to separate the sludgy molecules in diesel fuel. Those devices can also improve combustion, but they're very expensive, and their moving parts do tend to wear out. Each Power Cell contains a ten year supply of electrons. Every million miles or so, de-gunk with benzene, then re-install.
Fuel Charger Power Cells are easily installed between the final fuel filter and the Inlet Port. We supply the fittings. You only have to build a hose. 20 minutes. $30. Click to the INSTALLATION page for engine-specific details. We've conducted over 200 field tests since 1999. Click to the FIELD TEST page to find results for a truck or genset similar to yours. If you'd like to review the original NASA single-drop research, or any of several other detailed emissions & GPH reports, click to the TECH DOCS page. Power Cells have zero effect on warranties. They work in any diesel : pickup truck, long hauler, earthmover, genset, irrigation pump, barge, trawler, sport fisherman... Different makes and models of engine normally show slightly different improvements in MPG or GPH. Click to the CALCULATORS page for an estimate of how much fuel your single truck or fleet could save each year. Or run your own free MPG test before you outfit your fleet. ![]() The physics, engineering, and proven performance of Fuel Charger Power Cells are demonstrable. However, we cannot guarantee that a Power Cell will save you one nickel. You might just decide to use the extra 12-15HP to drive faster on the same fuel!
